So yeah, I let this blog die. I haven't fully decided if I am going to pick it back up because I wasn't happy with the voice presented in the previous posts. Too apologetic I guess, meh.
I do have a bit of content for this post though. Voicemail and landlines.
As part of my job I have to call clients in order to diagnose their problems. One thing that always gets me when I call them is when I call the main number for their office and get a busy signal. In this day and age who doesn't have voicemail, especially a business? I should at least get voicemail, or at best auto-attendant presenting me with some sort of menu. I would think that a company with more than 5 clients would have some issue with more than one person wanting to call at a time. Not only that, but its relatively cheap to have these services when compared to the loss of business you might experience when someone can't reach you.
